I understand that commissions are earned only on valid, verified referrals and that Revenue Engine reserves the right to reverse commissions for refunded, fraudulent, or disputed transactions. I will disclose my affiliate relationship in all promotional content in compliance with applicable laws (including FTC guidelines).

I will not bid on Revenue Engine's branded keywords in paid search campaigns without prior written approval. I will not make false claims about the product's features, pricing, or results.

I understand that my affiliate account may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, and any unpaid commissions may be forfeited in cases of fraud or abuse. Revenue Engine reserves the right to modify commission rates and program terms with reasonable notice.
